PUBLICATION OF NEW BOOK CO-EDITED BY THE LATE PROF TOM MCLEISH

 Olivia Rathbone

Eclipse and Revelation: Total Solar Eclipses in Science, History, Literature, and the Arts is the result of a seven-year project which Professor Tom McLeish edited with Prof Henrike Lange. As we approach both the first anniversary of Tom’s death on February 27th and a total solar eclipse across North America on April 8th, the book is a fitting tribute to Tom’s fascination with eclipses and their wider place in culture. The book is now available in the UK, and will be available in the USA at the end of February.

An abstract of the book can be on the ECLAS website accessed here, and the book itself can be bought from the OUP website here. OUP currently have a 30% discount on the book with the code ASPROMP8.
